Eagle Scout Project of Dillon Rullman update: We were told that construction on the project was to begin now as planned. Dillon posed the question to the club, who would we like to dedicate the project to? Our last meeting a lot of good suggestions were made, and after refining one or two, the membership decide on this dedication. “Dedicated to Past Deceased Members and Veterns”.

NACC’s 18th Annual Golf Outing is being held September 7 at Brook Hill Golf Course CHANGED DATE! You say what! The course called Slugger about a week before the last meeting, (The newsletter had just been mailed out) to tell us there was a mistake and they double booked the course on the 14th….. We called a special executive board meeting immediately to see what our options were. An agreement with the course to have it on the 7th was approved after we verified all our workers could make the change. Slugger then had the task of calling all the golf teams to see if they could make it on the 7th. Low and behold, all the teams were able to make the change. So we are sold out with 26 foursomes. Needless to say, some of you golfers already know this. You may have not got this letter in time to come and help us out, but we are putting up the tents on Friday, September 6 at 1pm and then getting table and chairs
out and wiped down. George will be setting up the kitchen for the meal. Then Saturday morning Sept. 7 at 4am the kitchen will come to life, with breakfast being made to take to the golf course and to be loaded before 6am. George will have the prime rib on and will need help with other things around 9am. There will be extra parking out by the electric tower in Sally Wells’ field, please keep that area accessible to get in and out. As always it’s a great team effort by our membership. Thanks to all who are making it happen.

NACC will be kicking off our fall GUN RAFFLE this meeting with ticket distribution… We’re raffling off a Winchester XPR Hunter 22″ .243, Blued & Mossy Oak Camo… with option of In Store Credit instead. Only 250 tickets sold. $10.00 each. Drawing at our meeting on December 11, 2024
